One of the best ways we provide students with hands-on learning is through our Projects Classes. Each Quarter students enroll in one Project course meeting for two 90-minute sessions each week. Projects are rooted in the fine and practical arts and provide students with many useful life-skills that embrace the full cycle of production from farming to food preservation, from raising sheep to knitting scarves, from digging clay to firing pottery.
